Craniosacral is a therapy of gentle touch- about the pressure of a nickle. The body has several rhythms- heart beat, breathing and the rhythm of the spinal-fluid that is constantly flowing from your sacrum, up the spine and around the brain (bringing nutrients to all the muscles, fascia, and brain). Either physical or emotional trauma can cause a kink in the hose, making your body work harder to get the fluid where it needs to go. I can help facilitate the body to unkink the hose, and water the brain-garden. Welcome home to AngelBaby CranioSacral Therapy.
About Our Practice & What to Expect
Angela is excited to help others experience the benefits of CranioSacral Therapy! She personally released a lot of pent-up emotional trauma, released persistent back pain of 6+ years, and felt as her baby's latch change for the better during a treatment. Angela is developing her practice, hoping to specialize in infants and pediatrics, helping other mom's struggling to nurse babies who latch poorly or wake startled. But first! Grownups!
One hour sessions are now at Angela's new office in Eliot Maine! Patients remain clothed, with shoes off. Angela connects with your craniosacral rhythm, creating space, encouraging still points, and facilitating healing- emotional and physical. You can talk about what comes up for you, as we release past trauma, or you can just be mindful and rest. It is YOUR session. Your comfort is paramount.
Sessions are by donation as Angela completes her certification- please contribute to the Cozy Office Fund! $5-$50.
